Tesamorelin 5mg by Dragon Pharma - Longevity, HGH Decline & Lean Recomp Support
Tesamorelin 5mg by Dragon Pharma is a premium peptide designed for athletes over 30 who want to reverse age-related fat gain, improve HGH levels naturally, and rebuild a leaner, healthier physique. As we get older, the biggest challenge isn't just losing fat - it's the way fat shifts into the lower abdomen and visceral area due to declining growth hormone. Tesamorelin directly addresses this problem with a clinically validated mechanism that increases IGF-1, boosts metabolic efficiency, and helps restore a more athletic body composition.
Unlike general fat-burners that only target surface-level fat, Tesamorelin works at a hormonal level to improve muscle retention, metabolic function, and overall longevity. It's especially effective for men dealing with slow recovery, stubborn belly fat, lower energy, and decreased performance - all signs of HGH decline after age 30.
Dragon Pharma produces Tesamorelin with pharmaceutical precision. This ensures stable potency, consistent biological activity, and fast reconstitution for athletes who demand maximum reliability. Whether you're cutting, recompositioning, or simply want to stay sharp as you age, Tesamorelin is a powerful tool for restoring performance and improving long-term health.
Why Tesamorelin Is Ideal for Men 30+ Who Want Recomp & Longevity
• Reverses age-related visceral fat accumulation • Boosts daily IGF-1 levels for better recovery • Helps maintain lean muscle during fat loss • Improves sleep depth and hormonal balance • Supports skin quality, collagen, and tissue health • Enhances energy and metabolic function
Athletes over 30 often notice increased waist size, slower fat loss, and reduced training stamina - even with clean dieting. Tesamorelin addresses the root cause: low GH pulsatility. Restoring this pathway results in better nutrient partitioning and improved fat-to-muscle ratio, giving you a tighter, leaner look without harsh stimulants.

How Tesamorelin Supports Long-Term Health & Body Composition
Tesamorelin activates the GHRH receptor pathway, which declines significantly after age 30. This leads to: • Improved GH pulsatility • Higher natural IGF-1 • Better tissue repair and collagen turnover • Increased fat mobilization around internal organs
This makes it ideal for:
• TRT users wanting improved body composition • Athletes 35+ fighting age-related belly fat • Individuals seeking healthier metabolic markers • Lifters wanting to maintain performance in their 30s-50s
When combined with metabolic peptides like AICAR or MOTS-c, Tesamorelin becomes even more effective for fat loss, energy, and cellular function.
Dosage & Administration
• Standard: 2mg daily • Timing: Night or pre-bed • Injection: Subcutaneous
Most users report visible waist-size improvements within 4-6 weeks, especially when paired with clean nutrition and consistent training.
FAQ - Tesamorelin for Men 30+ & Longevity
Does Tesamorelin help with age-related belly fat?
Yes. It is one of the best peptides for reducing visceral fat that increases as HGH declines with age.
Is Tesamorelin good for longevity?
Tesamorelin supports metabolic health, improves sleep, enhances IGF-1, and helps maintain a youthful body composition.
Can Tesamorelin improve recovery?
Higher IGF-1 leads to better muscle repair, improved collagen turnover, and faster post-workout recovery.
How long can I run Tesamorelin?
Most athletes use it for 8-12 weeks, but long-term protocols are common in anti-aging settings.
Can Tesamorelin be combined with GLP-1 weight-loss peptides?
Yes. Many users combine it with tirzepatide or semaglutide for extra fat-loss synergy.

How the math works
1. Find the concentration
Divide the peptide in the vial by the water added. For example, 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL, which is 2,500 mcg/mL
2. Work out the volume
Divide the dose by the concentration. For example, 100 mcg ÷ 2,500 mcg/mL = 0.04 mL
3. Convert to units
On a U-100 syringe, multiply the mL by 100. For example, 0.04 mL = 4 units
4. Check the syringe
Make sure the amount fits the syringe you are using
Worked example
Vial
5 mg tesamorelin
Water
2 mL bacteriostatic water
Dose

100 units (1 mL)
Concentration
5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2,500 mcg/mL
Amount to draw
100 mcg ÷ 2,500 mcg/mL = 0.04 mL, which is 4 units on a U-100 syringe

Reconstitution & Storage
Mixing a peptide takes about a minute. What people usually get wrong is what happens afterwards. Work through the steps in the guide above, then store the vial the way we lay out further down.
How to Reconstitute
The five steps above cover it. Let the vial and the bacteriostatic water sit out until they reach room temperature. Then run the bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial, slowly, so it does not foam up. Swirl it gently until the powder is gone. Do not shake the vial, and do not squirt the bacteriostatic water straight onto the powder.
How to Store the Mixed Peptide
As soon as it is mixed, put the vial back in the fridge. 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) is what you want, and it stays there until you have used it up. Write the mixing date on the label. Do not rely on memory for that.
Temperature: an ordinary fridge, 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Not the freezer, not a kitchen cupboard.
How long it lasts: around 4 weeks. Anything past 28 days goes in the bin.
Light: keep it in the box or in a dark drawer. Light breaks peptides down.
Handling: wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab before each draw, use a new needle and do not shake it. Swirl if it needs a mix.
Freezing: never freeze a mixed solution. Ice crystals form, and a freeze and thaw cycle costs you potency.
Throw it out if: the liquid goes cloudy, changes colour, or you can see particles in it.
The dry powder is much easier to keep. Store it dry and away from light, at room temperature if it is only for a short while, or at -20°C for the long term. Only mix what you are going to use.
