The products are delivered by Registered Regular Airmail and need a delivery signature upon arrival. In case the order is not delivered within the allotted timeframe, please write us an e-mail specifying the issue and the order number for us to be able to assist you. In case you lost your order number, please indicate your you name, the delivery address and the purchase approximate date. The collected information will assist us to track your order and further assist you.
The normal delivery time frame to United States is between 7-21 days. Orders shipped to Europe are to be delivered within 7-14 days. In some rare occurrences the packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please inform us via an e-mail for us to further assist you in the matter.
All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the payment confirmation moment. In case the order is split into two or more parts, the parcels are shipped at a rate of 1 to 5 days. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. An order may be cancelled within first 12 hours after the payment has been submitted. In case you intend to cancel an order, please send us a ticket indicating the order number, your name and shipping address. In case you miss to send us the request with the order cancellation, the goods will be processes and the payment will be charged accordingly.

Claims & Refund
An order may not be delivered to the destination in case it has been seized at customs or lost in the mail. If the order has been seized, please take some pics of the seizure letter and envelope and e-mail us to be able to investigate the case and reship the order. In case you haven’t received your order within 30 business days, please feel free to inform us with an e-mail and we will do our best to investigate the case and reship your order at no charge. Please be aware that we are not reshipping to to the following locations: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden. Please note that we only reship 1 time the seized order.
