What Is TB 500 5mg / BPC 157 5mg?
This vial from Dragon Pharma, Europe combines two repair peptides: Thymosin beta 4 (TB 500) at 5 mg and Body Protective Compound 157 (BPC 157) at 5 mg. It is supplied as a 2 ml vial holding 10 mg in total, as lyophilized powder.
These two are the standard pair in repair research. Buying them together removes the step where a study has to combine two mixes at a set ratio.
Why They Are Studied Together
The two work on different parts of the same problem. Thymosin beta 4 regulates actin, the protein cells use to move, so it is studied for how repair cells reach a damaged site. BPC 157 covers the repair signal itself and stays stable in harsh environments like the stomach. One brings cells to the site, the other supports what they do when they arrive. Because the mechanisms do not overlap, a combined study can look at both stages of repair at once.
Research Areas For This Blend
- Tendon and ligament repair - studied in connective tissue healing models.
- Wound closure - tested for how quickly skin and soft tissue rebuild.
- Gut lining - examined for repair of the stomach and intestinal wall.
- Inflammation - looked at for swelling markers after injury.
- Recovery windows - used where time back to normal load is measured.
All of this is laboratory research. This blend is not a medicine and is not sold for human use.

How To Reconstitute This Vial
Add Bacteriostatic Water slowly down the inside wall of the vial, then roll it gently between your hands until the powder dissolves. Never shake it, because foam and shear force damage peptides. Once mixed, keep it in a fridge between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius and use it within a few weeks. Note the mixed concentration on the vial, since two peptides in one solution change the maths.
One Vial Or Two
The blend suits studies where both peptides are used at the same amount. If your protocol needs one heavier than the other, buy them separately: TB 500 by Peptide Hubs and BPC 157 by Peptide Hubs, or the TB 500 and BPC 157 Peptide Stack by Peptide Hubs. With a set blend, the ratio is fixed at 5 mg each, which is the trade off for only mixing once.
Common Questions About TB 500 5mg / BPC 157 5mg
What is in the vial?
Two peptides in equal amounts: 5 mg of Thymosin beta 4 and 5 mg of BPC 157, for 10 mg in total.
Do I need a prescription?
No. You can buy this blend without prescription from our shop.
Why combine them at all?
Because they cover different stages of repair, and most studies use both anyway.

Reconstitution & Storage
Mixing a peptide takes about a minute. What people usually get wrong is what happens afterwards. Work through the steps in the guide above, then store the vial the way we lay out further down.

How to Reconstitute
The five steps above cover it. Let the vial and the bacteriostatic water sit out until they reach room temperature. Then run the bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial, slowly, so it does not foam up. Swirl it gently until the powder is gone. Do not shake the vial, and do not squirt the bacteriostatic water straight onto the powder.
How to Store the Mixed Peptide
As soon as it is mixed, put the vial back in the fridge. 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) is what you want, and it stays there until you have used it up. Write the mixing date on the label. Do not rely on memory for that.
- Temperature: an ordinary fridge, 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Not the freezer, not a kitchen cupboard.
- How long it lasts: around 4 weeks. Anything past 28 days goes in the bin.
- Light: keep it in the box or in a dark drawer. Light breaks peptides down.
- Handling: wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab before each draw, use a new needle and do not shake it. Swirl if it needs a mix.
- Freezing: never freeze a mixed solution. Ice crystals form, and a freeze and thaw cycle costs you potency.
- Throw it out if: the liquid goes cloudy, changes colour, or you can see particles in it.
The dry powder is much easier to keep. Store it dry and away from light, at room temperature if it is only for a short while, or at -20°C for the long term. Only mix what you are going to use.
