GHK-Cu 10mg by Dragon Pharma - Recovery, Injury Healing & Anti-Inflammatory Support

GHK-Cu 10mg by Dragon Pharma is a powerful copper peptide widely used by athletes, bodybuilders, and active individuals for accelerated recovery, injury healing, and inflammation control.
While GHK-Cu is often associated with skin and anti-aging, its role in tissue repair, collagen regeneration, and cellular recovery makes it one of the most underrated peptides for serious training environments.
If you train heavy, push volume, or deal with nagging joint, tendon, or muscle issues, GHK-Cu offers a recovery-driven solution that works at the cellular level rather than masking symptoms.

GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine Copper) acts as a biological signaling peptide that activates genes responsible for tissue remodeling, collagen synthesis, and anti-inflammatory pathways.
In practical terms, this means faster repair of damaged muscle fibers, stronger connective tissue, improved tendon resilience, and reduced chronic inflammation that slows progress in the gym.
Dragon Pharma's 10mg format delivers pharma-grade purity and stability, ensuring consistent biological activity across every cycle.

Why GHK-Cu Is Valuable for Athletes & Lifters

Intense training breaks the body down faster than it can rebuild if recovery isn't optimized.
GHK-Cu directly supports the repair process by increasing fibroblast activity, improving extracellular matrix quality, and promoting angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation).
This results in better nutrient delivery to injured tissue and faster healing timelines compared to passive recovery methods alone.

Athletes using GHK-Cu often report less joint stiffness, faster muscle recovery between sessions, and improved tolerance to high training frequency.
Unlike painkillers or anti-inflammatories that suppress symptoms, GHK-Cu helps fix the underlying tissue damage, making it ideal for long-term joint and connective tissue health.

Key Recovery Benefits

• Accelerates tendon and ligament healing
• Reduces chronic inflammation from overuse injuries
• Improves muscle repair after intense training
• Supports collagen regeneration and tissue strength
• Enhances blood flow to damaged areas
• Helps prevent recurring injuries during high-volume cycles

Dosage & Practical Use

GHK-Cu can be used systemically or locally depending on goals.

Systemic Recovery Protocol:
1-2 mg daily via subcutaneous injection for 4-8 weeks

Localized Injury Support:
Smaller doses applied near the affected area (advanced users only, sterile technique required).

GHK-Cu is non-hormonal and can be safely used alongside steroids, SARMs, peptides, or TRT protocols without suppression or interference.

Best Recovery Stacks

GHK-Cu works best when combined with complementary healing peptides:

GHK-Cu + BPC-157
Elite tendon, ligament, and gut repair combination - ideal for chronic injuries.

GHK-Cu + TB-500
Improves tissue mobility, flexibility, and whole-body recovery.

GHK-Cu + CJC-1295 DAC
Supports GH-driven recovery and sleep-enhanced tissue repair.

BPC-157 Targeted tissue repair ★★★★☆ Tendons & ligaments
TB-500 Mobility & recovery ★★★★☆ Muscle recovery & flexibility

Frequently Asked Questions

Does GHK-Cu reduce inflammation?
Yes, it downregulates inflammatory markers while promoting tissue regeneration rather than masking pain.

Can I use GHK-Cu while on a steroid cycle?
Absolutely. It complements cycles by protecting joints, tendons, and connective tissue under heavy loads.

How fast does recovery improve?
Many users notice reduced soreness and joint stiffness within 2-3 weeks, with deeper tissue repair over longer use.

Is GHK-Cu safe long-term?
Yes. It is a naturally occurring peptide in the human body and non-hormonal.

Can GHK-Cu prevent future injuries?
By strengthening connective tissue and improving recovery capacity, it helps reduce reinjury risk during intense training blocks.

Essential information
Overview Tripeptide that binds copper (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine), associated with skin regeneration, collagen, and tissue remodeling
Administration Daily subcutaneous injection
Cycling Thirty days of use followed by thirty days off, giving the provider time to review progress
Dose philosophy Acts as a copper signaling peptide; larger amounts do not necessarily add benefit
Common combinations Frequently discussed together with BPC-157 and TB-500 for tissue repair
Reported side effects Injection-site reactions, copper sensitivity, fatigue
Contraindications Pregnancy, breastfeeding, Wilson's disease or other copper storage disorders, or use without medical supervision

How the math works
1. Find the concentration Divide the peptide in the vial by the water added. For example, 50 mg ÷ 2 mL = 25 mg/mL
2. Work out the volume Divide the dose by the concentration. For example, 1 mg ÷ 25 mg/mL = 0.04 mL
3. Convert to units On a U-100 syringe, multiply the mL by 100. For example, 0.04 mL = 4 units
4. Check the syringe Make sure the amount fits the syringe you are using
Worked example
Vial 50 mg GHK-Cu
Water 2 mL bacteriostatic water
Dose 1 mg
Syringe 100 units (1 mL)
Concentration 50 mg ÷ 2 mL = 25 mg/mL
Amount to draw 1 mg ÷ 25 mg/mL = 0.04 mL, which is 4 units on a U-100 syringe
Doses in the vial 50 mg ÷ 1 mg = 50 doses
Step-up schedule example
Vial 50 mg GHK-Cu mixed with 2 mL water = 25 mg/mL
Days 1–15 1 mg a day = 0.04 mL = 4 units (15 doses)
Days 16–30 2 mg a day = 0.08 mL = 8 units (15 more doses, 30 in total)
Total used 45 mg of the 50 mg vial (15 × 1 mg + 15 × 2 mg)

Reconstitution & Storage

Mixing a peptide takes about a minute. What people usually get wrong is what happens afterwards. Work through the steps in the guide above, then store the vial the way we lay out further down.

How to reconstitute peptides

How to Reconstitute

The five steps above cover it. Let the vial and the bacteriostatic water sit out until they reach room temperature. Then run the bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial, slowly, so it does not foam up. Swirl it gently until the powder is gone. Do not shake the vial, and do not squirt the bacteriostatic water straight onto the powder.

How to Store the Mixed Peptide

As soon as it is mixed, put the vial back in the fridge. 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) is what you want, and it stays there until you have used it up. Write the mixing date on the label. Do not rely on memory for that.

  • Temperature: an ordinary fridge, 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Not the freezer, not a kitchen cupboard.
  • How long it lasts: around 4 weeks. Anything past 28 days goes in the bin.
  • Light: keep it in the box or in a dark drawer. Light breaks peptides down.
  • Handling: wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab before each draw, use a new needle and do not shake it. Swirl if it needs a mix.
  • Freezing: never freeze a mixed solution. Ice crystals form, and a freeze and thaw cycle costs you potency.
  • Throw it out if: the liquid goes cloudy, changes colour, or you can see particles in it.

The dry powder is much easier to keep. Store it dry and away from light, at room temperature if it is only for a short while, or at -20°C for the long term. Only mix what you are going to use.
