What Is Cagrilintide 10mg?
Cagrilintide 10mg is a research peptide from Stealth Labs. Its active substance is Cagrilintide, a long acting amylin analog. Each vial holds 10 mg of lyophilized powder, and Stealth Labs ships it without a label.
Amylin is the hormone your pancreas releases with insulin after a meal. It tells the brain you are full and slows the stomach down. Cagrilintide copies that signal, but it stays active for days rather than minutes, which is what makes it useful in appetite research.
Why Researchers Buy Cagrilintide 10mg
Most lab work with this peptide covers:
- Appetite research - studied for how the amylin signal lowers food intake.
- Body weight studies - examined across long study periods.
- Stomach emptying - tested for how long food stays in the stomach.
- Blood sugar - looked at because amylin works alongside insulin.
- Combination research - run next to GLP-1 compounds, the idea behind CagriSema.
All of this is laboratory research. Cagrilintide 10mg is not a medicine and is not sold for human use.

Storing Cagrilintide 10mg
Keep the sealed vial cool, dark and dry. After mixing, store it in a fridge between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius and use it within a few weeks. Do not shake the vial. Roll it gently between your hands to mix, and keep your tools clean.
Stacks Other Labs Use
Cagrilintide works on a different receptor than most weight loss peptides, so it pairs well in research. Survodutide by Peptide Hubs covers the GLP-1 and glucagon side, while the Peptide Hubs Cagrilintide 10mg vial is a common second source for the same tests. Some labs add AOD 9604 5mg by Peptide Hubs for the fat release side. Everything sits in our Weight Loss category.
Questions We Get About Cagrilintide 10mg
Is Cagrilintide the same as semaglutide?
No. Semaglutide is a GLP-1 compound, Cagrilintide is an amylin analog. They act on different receptors, which is why studies use both together.
Do I need a prescription?
No. You can buy Cagrilintide 10mg without prescription from our shop.
Is this the same as CagriSema?
No. CagriSema is the combination of Cagrilintide and semaglutide. This vial contains Cagrilintide only.

Reconstitution & Storage
Mixing a peptide takes about a minute. What people usually get wrong is what happens afterwards. Work through the steps in the guide above, then store the vial the way we lay out further down.

How to Reconstitute
The five steps above cover it. Let the vial and the bacteriostatic water sit out until they reach room temperature. Then run the bacteriostatic water down the inside wall of the vial, slowly, so it does not foam up. Swirl it gently until the powder is gone. Do not shake the vial, and do not squirt the bacteriostatic water straight onto the powder.
How to Store the Mixed Peptide
As soon as it is mixed, put the vial back in the fridge. 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F) is what you want, and it stays there until you have used it up. Write the mixing date on the label. Do not rely on memory for that.
- Temperature: an ordinary fridge, 2 to 8°C (35.6°F to 46.4°F). Not the freezer, not a kitchen cupboard.
- How long it lasts: around 4 weeks. Anything past 28 days goes in the bin.
- Light: keep it in the box or in a dark drawer. Light breaks peptides down.
- Handling: wipe the stopper with an alcohol swab before each draw, use a new needle and do not shake it. Swirl if it needs a mix.
- Freezing: never freeze a mixed solution. Ice crystals form, and a freeze and thaw cycle costs you potency.
- Throw it out if: the liquid goes cloudy, changes colour, or you can see particles in it.
The dry powder is much easier to keep. Store it dry and away from light, at room temperature if it is only for a short while, or at -20°C for the long term. Only mix what you are going to use.
