Customer support is OK. I only get excuses as to why their service has become so slow. All I can do is wait....

Shipping process is very slow now xroids no longer accepts credit cards. It\'s been weeks and my order still has not been fully shipped. I am very disappointed.

I noticed they no longer carry a lot of manufactures products I used to order. Many manufacturers have been dropped from xroids offerings. Their selections have diminished over the past few months.

My 1st order was excellent, with no issues. My 2nd order customer support is great with staying in touch with me, but as has taken over a month to ship product. When partial order was shipped it was sent in incorrectly.

1st order- 2 - 3 weeks after payment was made. <br /> <br /> 2nd order - Almost 8 weeks and the order continues to be in "semi-shipped" status. The partial shipment received had 1/3 of what was paid for.

The only other time I ordered, the packaging was good, but the shipping took forever. I sent the money in February and didn\'t get it until June (this was due mostly to a postal error). This time I sent the money on July 7 and my order hasn\'t even been shipped yet. Why is that? Anyone else had this problem?
