Some of your products provide comprehensive information regarding administration, dosage, side effects, and other relevant details. Conversely, other products lack any product-specific information. It would be beneficial if all your products offered at least some level of information or a link to an external source. To prevent potential customers from leaving your site to seek this information, you could incorporate an embedded page within the product page. This approach would provide customers with the desired information while retaining their engagement on your site, potentially leading to increased sales.From personal experience, if a product’s page lacks comprehensive information, I often open a new tab and conduct a web search for the same information. Frequently, the search results yield numerous links to websites of your competitors. As a loyal customer, I consistently return to your site for purchases. I assume most of your sales are from repeat customers (I would guess repeat customers make up more than 70% of total sales). If my assumption is correct and you want to make more sales, then you need to ensure your site is optimized for first-time customers/users. One way to do this is to ensure they have all the information they need/want on your website. By not providing the product information, you might be inadvertently handing your competitors business.

When sight is compromised would be nice to receive an email or something letting us know where to go.
